Granola Bites

Makes 12 servings

Who says granola needs to be served from a bowl? These little packages of nutrients are an on-the-go method to carry your cherished hippie food.


1/2 cups quick-cook oats
1/ 3 cup wheat bacterium or ground flaxseed
1/ 2 cup cut pecans or almonds
1/ 2 cup hemp seeds (hemp hearts)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/ 2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/ 3 mug bitter dried shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large egg
1/ 2 mug honey or brown rice syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil


Preheat oven to 350 levels. In a huge dish, stir with each other oats, wheat germ, pecans or almonds, hemp seeds, cranberries, apricots, coconut, cinnamon, ginger and also salt.
